Hi, I’m Jessica Patching-Bunch...
I am an unwavering stress resilience coach who believes that we are creators of our own experience.
And I know, based on my background in fitness, my academic study of neurophysiology, and my own experience recovering from extreme stress that caused seizures and impacted my relationship with my husband, that you can actually interrupt the cycle of stress and get away from the painful patterns.
I am an intuitive and insightful adviser who loves sharing what I know to be true so that you can break the cycle of stress a live a life you love.

I help you to simplify stress and go from defeated, overwhelmed, and unfocused...to living life on your terms with strength, energy, and mental clarity.

What’s Included
Move Yo Body
This will look different as your days look different. Some days we will work with bodyweight interval training and some days we will use more gentle restorative movement.
Breathe
Breathwork is the connection between brain and body. This is a foundational piece that allows you to change your nervous system state.
Mindset
Your thoughts cause physiological responses in your body. Bringing awareness to what thoughts are feeding your stressful state is key. My job is to help guide you to notice where you spend your focus and energy.
This 45min session is your immediate stress release
It's your time to reset and release for the day and build a buffer between you and future stressors
