Who am I?

My name is Jessica Patching-Bunch, it’s long so we’ll just go with JPB. I am a stress-resilience coach on a mission to provide accessible alternative mind care for women. I teach practical approaches to managing stress so you can get out of your own way and create your best life.  

After presenting at conferences, in front of state representatives, and partnering with universities I have learned that stress, while complicated, can absolutely be managed and conquered with simple, practical steps. I created a coaching framework that marries research and real life, blending my background in neuropsychological science and my own experience with extreme amounts of stress and it’s tolls on my health.

My combined background in physical fitness, psychology and neurophysiology give me a comprehensive skill set and insight into how we function. Integrating my knowledge with my deep personal understanding of the debilitating effects of chronic stress has given me the profound desire to share what I know and serve as a guide for others.
