”It’s hard to stick to a workout routine when your motivation is shaming and shrinking yourself. If the goal is to feel better, give yourself something to feel better about! Let’s give ourselves a different reason to move our bodies, one that cuts the shame and guilt out.”

Coming soon to a zoom screen near you: "Your Brain on Exercise" the workshop.

Saturday, March 19th | 10:00 Pacific Time

(Yes, of course there will be a replay)

👉Have you ever wanted a reason that didn't make you feel like shit for moving your body? (because let's be honest, the goal of shrinking yourself doesn't feel good)

👉Have you heard that exercise is good for your mental health but not sure if that's true or will work for you?

👉Do you just want to nerd out on how your brain works and what happens in it when you get that good sweet exercise in your life?

👉Have you heard me talk about moving stress with movement and wondered what TF I'm talking about?

If you said yes to any of these I made this workshop for you.

I've heard people ask, "does working out really help with mental health stuff?" I've lived a life attached to exercise since I was a child and until a few years ago I never realized there are BIGGER why's to working out than trying to shrink myself, or literally run away from my pain and anger.

If any of that sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.

Sharing a space, and being in community with so many movement professionals I see and hear the benefits of movement all day every day, but the benefits to my brain are what I really got excited about and that's not talked about as much.

Introducing "Your Brain on Exercise" a 2 hour virtual workshop

I'm excited to facilitate this space to:

👉 Learn about the brain and how it works and benefits from exercise

👉Learn how the stress response is directly tied to movement and exercise and how you can use this to your advantage

👉Learn how the brain-body connection is in non-stop communication and how you can learn this language

👉Integrate what we've learned with some movement and breathwork to tie it all together!

Plan about an hour for the learning things, 30 minutes or so for questions and conversation, then finishing it all up with some movement and breathwork to tie it all together and move some stress!

There will be a replay for everyone who can't make the live workshop and everyone who just wants to watch it again!
