Hi, I’m Jessica Patching-Bunch...

I am an unwavering stress resilience coach who believes that we are creators of our own experience. 
And I know, based on my background in fitness, my academic study of neurophysiology, and my own experience recovering from extreme stress that caused seizures and impacted my relationship with my husband, that you can actually interrupt the cycle of stress and get away from the painful patterns. 
I am an intuitive and insightful adviser who loves sharing what I know to be true so that you can break the cycle of stress a live a life you love.

The structure I’ve developed is based on managing your nervous system’s response to stress, and the development of habits. It includes the following parts: 
  • Understanding what stress is from a scientific view and how to manage it (If we don’t understand it we can’t manage it!) 
  • Intentional movements with breathing and release exercises 
  • Meditative and reflective exercises
